Oh how we love the "job jar" in our home. No seriously, we love it! Gone are the days of trying to force the kids into doing what they are supposed to, we just quietly direct them to choose a job from the jar and the next time they choose to not clean up after themselves (or a number of other different things) they think twice! We have a happier home (because momma is happy) and sometimes a extra clean house to boot (they are honing their cleaning skills too)! AWESOME
