Utah State Capital and City Creek

Jacob just finished reading "Walkara" to the kids before this trip and when the kids saw this statue, they were convinced that this was him!  You can almost see their pride while standing near this incredible person of history! Super cool!

There were two large lions that were on either side of this particular entrance and this one was named integrity, we didn't quite capture them in this photo but the kids are super cute:)

Inside the amazing entrance.  Every thing is in solid marble, it is unreal!
The girls in a castle in the Disney store.  They were thrilled!

Walking around City Creek with Uncle Eric and his darling family.
We had the chance to tour the Utah Capital building on our way through Utah.  Uncle Eric works for the Lt. Governor and so we got the VIP treatment (Jacob actually worked for Greg Bell too when he was a Senator for Utah so I am sure that helped)!  We got to meet up with the Lt. Governor and even hang out and chat in his office!  He gave each of the kids a challenge coin before we left that is usually only given out to leaders of government and the military!  After, we met up with Aunt Nakita and her kids and walked around City Creek in Salt Lake City.  It was beautiful, seriously the coolest place to walk around and shop and it is all "centered"around the Salt Lake City Temple!  A.maz.ing.
